“I went here with a list of items that was confusing I usually go to the other big store in West Sacramento and the service is not good however I approached an associate ask asked for assistance but another associate that was of duty helped me find everything I was looking for now that’s what I call customer service if this employee reads this tell him I said thank you I don’t my daughters shopping list is confusing and he really helped me out a lot and every time I’ve came it’s been the same they will stop working and help you instead of ignoring you”

I called and they answered my questions quick and efficiently. Later on more questions came up, so this time I emailed, and received a very speedy response with the answers I needed. The ordering process online was smooth and simple, and the cart was shipped to me at lightning speed - left CA Friday, and arrived in SD on Monday afternoon.The cart is of beautiful quality, and was assembled in no time. Love the friendly staff, make sure you check in with their app before going to pick up your drive up order, that way they'll have your bags ready in their carts when you arrive. FYI if you check in after you've parked, please be patient because they have to grab your bags from the shelves before they come out with them.”

“The Service at a Walmart, what Service? If there is any Service at all it's the crazed looked Carmen SanDiego gal from Loss Prevention drumm'in up some excitement by harassing some poor lady who without note stuck a tootsie roll in her pocket because she was having a senior moment, all the while some punk is walking past everyone and out the door with a 55" LED TV. Now the Ambiance is really a crapshoot if you ask me; depending on the day and if it lands at the beginning of the month or end can really make a huge difference on the Ambiance one will experience, but no matter what it's guaranteed to make or take your day. Don't say I never warned ya. For the food, as long as Maria's snot nose twins didn't hide your favorite Hungry Man frozen dinner in the pet food section behind some hamster food, and a week later gets put back in the freezer section...then the food is almost always on point, or within freshness dates and frozen never thawed. I give Walmart 5 out of 5 stars because it's Walmart and we demand cheap food and great entertainment, lol. Thanks Walmart.”
