Capitol Towers is a new mid‑rise apartment community that many residents love. The management goes over and beyond duties, completing work orders quickly. Staff are pet lovers and greet residents warmly. The leasing consultant is friendly, positive, attentive, caring, and follows up with clients, staff, and residents. Application support is helpful and the front desk welcomes residents. Residents enjoy the beautiful, convenient gym and the great location. The only downside is noise from above; thuds and footsteps disturb sleep, and ear plugs do not help. Residents wish they had chosen a higher floor. Overall, the midrise units are great, the facility is nice, and the staff are awesome.
No public parking. Literally says private property. $80 fine if you park here. Smells like urine too.
