“My girlfriend just moved in to Ice House, and I am blown away by the cleanliness and modernness of the apartment. I went with her to meet leasing staff, and Amanda was so nice! She was quick to answer any questions, and she even provided additional information that made it easier to move in. She took extra care to explain parking and the complimentary gym and offered to answer any additional questions that come up. I hope to get to lease there once my current lease is up!”

“We got our unit keys on 1/31/2024! My fiance and I are super PLEASED and VERY HAPPY to our hearts content. We're celebrating the whole month =) Aaliyah McClain was our leasing agent. She is COOL! Very knowledgeable, kind and had a lot of patience from touring, getting approved, signing the lease... through it all! AALIYAH MCCLAIN DEFINITELY NEEDS A RAISE AND BONUS =) you deserve it girrrrl!!! wOohOo!!!We love how Homecoming at Creekside is very clean, updated furniture, well staffed, organize and reliable staff, and strict but fair rules that every one needs to abide by. For example, no smoking in unit and in any property that is owned by them (I hate the smell of cigarettes), DNA for dogs so they can identify who is not picking up after their dog (Thank God for this cause there are so many people who do not pick up their dog's poop etc. etc.), enough parking space for visitors (there are rules for this), 2 parking spaces for our unit (each car decal signifies which car is to be parked inside the garage and which car will be parked outside of the garage) and the list goes on. I truly believe that these strict, but fair rules are what makes living peacefully!We LOVE LOVE LOVE how there are 2 parks near by and a nice trail to take walks- with or without our doggos. The aesthetics of these apartments and the amenities... OMG! From the cement, gate, grass, ClubHouse to all the apartments that we toured... the environment and people here are BEAUTIFUL!We are proud to call Homecoming at Creekside our home.THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF HERE FOR WELCOMING US =)WE APPRECIATE YA'LL!Kindly,Sharmaine T.M.”

Folks, poor or bad credit, good rental history?They will work with you. Use your mouthpiece, Good credit wins with attractive move-in bonuses. Hopefully,the owners are considering renovations. The tiling and countertops sing Manilow tunes. Lol. Seriously? Lacking dual pane windows? “In deciding on which apartment we were moving into, I made a spreadsheet of our options and 16 Powerhouse was a top contender in almost every category. But you don't know what it will be like until you move in.Six months in and I can verify that these apartments are top notch. At a time when you hear about apartment buildings collapsing in New York, the Powerhouse team has invested in quality materials and maintenance. The walls are thick, the appliances are high quality and durable, lots of beautiful outdoor shared space, and you can't beat the location.The team seals the deal. Sean is the leasing manager and is attentive, a problem solver and emanates kindness. At our last apartment, we couldn't get anything fixed. Here, we put in a service request ticket and Vince arrived 5 minutes later. Vince can fix anything and I wish I knew half as much as he does. The whole team clearly cares about their work and takes amazing care of the building and its residents.”

“*First off, I was not paid to give this review!!! This is my experience and my point of view.* The Villas at Fair Oaks is one of the best, if not the best complexes I’ve lived at. The staff go above and beyond for their tenants without hesitation. The apartments are super freakin cozy, when I moved in I had brand new granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances!! This is also the smallest complex I’ve lived in as well. People aren’t piled on top of each other like some complexes that are 4 stories and have 1000 or more apartments. That makes me cringe just thinking about it. RCMI and their employees have always done right by me. If you’re still reading this then congratulations are in order because I know I’ve sold you on moving here. So what are you waiting for? Pack up and come on over already!!! P.S. The manager Rachel is badass. She’s super sweet, very nice and never too busy to answer your question or concern. She needs a raise too!!!!”

“I have had the pleasure of working with our maintenance man, Gustavo Orozco for the past 3 years. He is amazing and can fix anything often fixing things I have tried many times to fix. He has a broad knowledge of maintenance issues. He is soft spoken, polite, considerate and always does what he says he will do. Prior maintenance staff at this apartment have just blown me off and acted like my issue was beneath them. Gustavo never considers a request too trivial. My living at Artisan Square is much improved by having him here.”

“So we lived here for a few years (just moved feb 2022) and while the place can use some upgrades (no central heat/ac type things) i really enjoyed it overall.I enjoyed being by the creek and hearing all of the birds, sometimes turkeys wandering around.Anytime I needed something fixed that I couldnt/didn't want to do myself, it was always addressed within a day.Everyone in the complex seemed really nice, we have been lucky enough to have some really awesome neighbors!I will say, full disclosure, there are a couple of people that seem to sleep nearby (homeless/on drugs)...not the fault of the apartments but something to just be aware of)”

“I have stayed here for 7 years in 2 different floor plans and its been a great experience. Westcal management has done a great job of constantly adding improvements and listening to our concerns, we have gotten new windows, benches and picnic areas, and this summer new laundry rooms. Still hoping for a dog park also though, overall a great place to live”

“Captains table is a quiet complex with good floor plans. From the first day, Javier was super helpful and made moving in and moving out really smooth. Anthony, is super friendly and always around, and was quick on the job when I needed any fixes done—usually in less than a day. Together, they made living here a joy, and I'd definitely suggest anyone looking for a stress-free place to check them out.”

“I have lived here for about a year. So far, it's been nice. Neighbors are friendly and polite. You do get a sense of community here. There are good folks living here.The apartments are decent. They keep up the maintenance as far as I know. I can't speak for everyone here. All of the amenities work properly at my place. Only complaints I have are; it's hard to get a hold of someone on the phone in the front office. So I just walk in if I need something. Also, the Breckenridge rent auto pay phone app doesn't work properly. So, I stopped using it. Other then that, It's been a nice place.”

“I've lived here for 2+ years now and have nothing but positive things to say. At first, I was nervous to move in with all of the negative reviews, but my experience has been great! No bugs or rodents so far. The leasing and management team are great communicators and have a great work ethic! I live in a one bedroom and haven't experienced any hardships or issues. Anytime I need assistance or have a request they answer me within 24 hours and most of the time it's within 4 - 8 hours. Also, the rent is more affordable compared to the other apartments in the area. One happy tenant ^_^”

“These apartments have a great location. Stores, banks, and fast food places are in walking distance. Public transportation is easily accessible. The apartments themselves are a bit run down, but that's to be expected since this place is over 20 years old. The environment is reasonably quiet. They are safe. I left my Patio door open all night and front door. There were no burglaries. I would give this place five stars but most of the people are not that neighborly, and the kids are unruly at times. Also, the litter bugs keep the grounds dirty.”

“We lived at Iron Gate Apartments for over 3 years and loved every minute of it! The apartments are right off the freeway and located conveniently across the street from Bel-Aire. There are several parks within walking distance and located in a great neighborhood. Management is responsive and very kind. The front office is accommodating with great communication. Jessica was phenomenal with handling our concerns in making sure we were well taken care of. If you're looking into living at Iron Gate Apartments, we would 10/10 recommend it. The only downfall is parking can be troubling at times but there ample guest parking at one end of the complex. We will truly miss living here.”

She has had work orders completed with in the hour when I got home from a trip and my AC wasn't working. All the staff are pet lovers and my dog looks forward to walking by the leasing office because she knows she will get smothered with love.”
