“My puppy's ears were discovered late, and the treatment was delayed because of something. The inside of the ears has already become swollen. I went to two other pet hospitals. One didn't know what to do, and the other prescribed random medicines. However, when I went home and tried the swelling, I couldn't even apply the medicine on my own. The doctor couldn't have noticed it, so he just prescribed the usual medicine. The medicine just wants to sell one order and be done with it.This is the only company that has the kind of medicine that can be used once a week, which is very effective in relieving itchiness and has already improved within three weeks. The doctor was very conscientious. After using it twice, he found that one tube on one side was too much and it all leaked out. He took the initiative to help me reduce it to half a tube on one side. Logically speaking, I would earn half the money this way.So I still highly recommend this place. My ears were treated here twice. If it were not too far away from home, I would not have switched to another clinic. In short, I highly recommend this clinic for ear treatment.But the business hours are too awkward. Can we choose a day or two off in the middle of the week like other stores do? Everyone works on Monday and Friday, but the door is open on Saturday morning, which is very inconvenient.”
“This was my first time at Covina Animal Hospital, and I made sure I researched the place before going there. Upon arrival, everyone was very welcoming, and what I loved the most was how they treated my baby who is a pittie with so much love. I also voiced my concerns about my dog not getting along with other dogs and they made sure that there were no issues and accidents. I also want to shout out Andrew for answering all my questions and he made me feel more at ease about what to expect since my dog needed to get sedated. I plan to continue to go to Covina Animal Hospital from now on.”

First time patient scheduled for surgery end of the month Mia started having issues and Dr Swindall called me back and seen Mia that same day Dr. Swindall scheduled Mia surgery for the next day. After Mia surgery Dr Swindall called with a update.i have been to a few other Vet. Thur the years but Dr Swindall is the finest Vet i have met. Her compassion and kindness made me feel safe knowing my Mia was in safe hands.The staff all have great customer service and are very helpful and caring .thank you all for making Mia and me feel safe and taken care of.??”
“We took our 12 week Golden Retriever puppy to County Line to see Dr Lee. What a great Vet! Our appointment was on time, kind and courteous, and an overall great experience. Dr Lee looked over Zack carefully, and helped us (as new puppy owners) feel confident and at ease with all our questions. i.e. vaccine schedules, puppy biting, feeding, and upcoming visits. The field of veterinary care is so challenging... and County Line Vets do it so well. 5 stars. Highly recommend!”

“It was a great experience, I need a Vet at the moment for my dog vaccinations, my dog is a reactive over other dogs but they didn’t hesitate to help me. No waiting time (I know that can change) they check my dog put the vaccinations need it and send me home. great experience, great staff for sure is my dog’s veterinarian now.”

“I want to thank nurse Norma, she has a vocation and is a person who has empathy for people and animals, my dog Máximo unfortunately got sick from eating something that his stomach couldn't digest, a plastic toy and it got stuck in his intestine, unfortunately I didn't. He had the cost of an emergency surgery that he needed to save his life. That saddens me too much. My dog was only a 5-month-old puppy and in just 2 weeks my puppy deteriorated and we had to make the difficult decision to put him to sleep now. We couldn't do anything. And Nurse Norma had compassion and empathy with my Máximo and that is why I thank her. I recommend this veterinarian because the nurses who are there really love the little animals. And when you go through a loss like that, they are compassionate because they understand that they are part of your family, not just pets. And the veterinarian is also good, his prices are more affordable for his services. My Máximo was a puppy loved by his family.”

“This was my first time visiting this veterinary office. I was bringing in a stray cat that I had to trap to be looked at. And the office was very accommodating. When I walked in the office was absolutely spotless, which isn't usually the case in a veterinary office naturally with animals running all over the place. The staff were welcoming and assisted me with the stray cat so that he could be examined. I really had a great experience from start to finish at this office. I would recommend coming here for your fur babies and or strays that you just don't have the heart to watch suffer. ❤️”

“Took my fur baby here to get spayed. They have you come to an appt for a consultation so the vet can meet your dog. I came to the appt and they had a same day cancellation, so they were able to spay her that day! It was amazing and worked out so well. I paid $20 extra for their laser treatment so help her heal faster and I swear she was healed pretty much within a few days! I don't think she even needed the medication I bought for her to come home with. This place is a nice small neighborhood animal hospital and top notch! Thank you for your services for my Coco.”

“Brought my dog Chloe here based off a recommendation I received for a small mass removal surgery. I had gone to a different veterinary clinic before I found this location and they had quoted be almost double the price I was quoted here! I felt like the first place I went to was a scam and was trying to take advantage of people’s love for their pets.
After I brought my dog for an initial consultation I felt like the doctor genuinely cared about my pet and answered all my questions and concerns I had. Afterwards my quote was very reasonable and even included teeth cleaning for a much less cost than what I was quoted at the first location I went to. I scheduled my dogs surgery and everything went successfully. The price I paid included antibiotics and pain medication for my pup. A few weeks afterwards they scheduled me back to get her stitches removed and my dog healed perfectly fine. I even asked if they could write be a prescription for flea medication and they did.
Bottom line, I definitely recommend this place! Cost is super affordable compared to most places and staff genuinely cares about the pets. Thank you for helping my little Chloe Dr. Cho & staff ??”

“Very impressed with the pet centered care here. Came in for a second opinion for my dog’s paw infection. And instead of a quick 5min look and suggesting toe amputation and mass removal, they were able to detail pre -surgical assessment blood work and X-rays to determine best action for my 14yr old dog. Dr. Suh is very considerate, honest and patient with her explanations for determining soft tissue or toe amputation surgery. I highly recommend a consultation with them before surgery.”
