Don't ever go to italkBB at Rowland Heights. They don't have any customers service at all. The fat lady in the front desk is very rude and no manner. Very very disappointed. Don't ever go there!!!!

Experienced the most terrible customer service from Eva. I was purchasing international phone service and Eva was giving me instructions through the phone. She was not only being extremely unprofessional, but also dishonest in every way she can. Eva lied about tax and regulatory fees after their system completed sign me up. She also ORDERs her customer on the phone to download the app that is required for this service . I am extremely upset and I hope nothing more than have this mismanaged place to close down as fast as they can.

Was there just a week ago, the new customer service rep in the Rowland Height store is excellent, he’s been very patient and articulate. I was impressed that he even explained it all in my Taiwan dialect. Finally I got my questions all clarified.

Do not use this company's service. Waste of $. I tried to cancel my account during the pandemic and they require me to ship the box back to them out of my own expense instead of dropping off at the store.

This company is a scam. They throttle Spectrum's network illegally through a DNS configuration bypass. Since March, our internet has been completely shut off for multiple days at a time. I called customer service (who were very rude and inconsiderate) and they told me it was a problem with the modem. They switch the modems, but a couple of weeks later the same problem occurred. This happened 4 times throughout the past couple of months. Please don't fall into signing a contract from this company. You'll experience a huge migraine.

Very Rude customer service. I went there yesterday after my shopping to ask on their advertisement as shown on the wall for $49. There were two guys where playing with their computers. I was asking one of the guy. He told me the $49 was last year promotion. Now they have $59/month program. I asked him if the modem is included in the fee since I have to pay for spectrum. He told me the router is free. Since I thought I just mentioned modem to make it easier to understand instead of telling router or gateway, he was mocking me that I don't even know what modem or router is. I was in this cable business for more than 13 years. I am wondering if he is so capable that he has to work in the store on weekend. I believe he is just being rude and ignorant to serve the customer.

iTalkBB LIES and ABUSES CHINESE Inability to speak ENGLISH. Offers 1 month internet service (month to month) without a service contract. But it is ALWAYS a 1 YEAR CONTRACT! My Chinese friends experienced too many lies! You can get out of the contract if you explain your moving to China where the service is not provided. You will not be charged a cancellation charge. DO NOT LISTEN to the LYING REPRESENTATIVE who just wants to get paid

When you search ITalkBB, whatever services you want to from it, DO NOT consider it as your option. It will ruin your life. A lot of hidden fees, difficult to get rid of. Even when you closed everything, you still need to pay from your own pocket to ship the equipment back. They will let you spend a lot of money on them.

Very bad service, can't get the proper help with workers speaking broken english and not able to help you. I have the PHONE SYSTEM and it SUCKS UP A LOT OF YOUR WIFI.

Since they have a lot of locations, so I thought their customer service should be no problem. I was wrong! I give their TV service a try, they have lots more ads than advised (30sec.+). It is more like every time you change a channel the ad would come on, so forget about flipping channels. Btw they tell you $4.99/mo, but also with super tiny prints + tax and $59.99 annual programming fees. I returned the unit two weeks after the activation and they promised the refund, but the process is very cumbersome. They make you call the customer service to get approval before you can drop the unit off the store. Once the unit is dropped off you still have to wait 4 weeks to get your money back.

Cellphone service for this carrier is highly reliable and speeds are good too. Especially they won’t charge you extra when it reaches the limit for that month, they automatically slow the speed on a reasonable rate and is still usable. I had Cricket before and when the limit was up the speed was terrible although they said it is unlimited. Usually all you need is stable speed and reliable service and that is what they provide. The monthly bill will be online and you can setup automatic. Currently, I am keep looking at their website see if they will bring more cheaper packages and bundles.

I signed up for their service to learn Chinese, and this has been going very well. Even my mother said that my Chinese speaking improved a lot. Moreover, I can watch the shows with her and ask her about Chinese pop cultures, and I just love that moments. I am going to visit China someday to see everything that they showed me in the TV programs. Hopefully, you all can enjoy it as much as I do.

I am very satisfied with the services for just $15 a month inducing TV and home phone with ItalkBB. Usually when you subscribe to a carrier, you focus on their quality of services not how much your paying for the service. Even if they charge you nothing for the services but with weak signal, poor customer service and everything, you wouldn’t stay long with them. However, I have been satisfied with them so far and will update my review once I have a better taste of what the TV can really bring to our family.
