I was expecting a long wait on a Saturday morning and that was not the case. I already knew what I wanted and my Version guy was on the ball, anticipating my questions and concerns, I was out the door smiling with my new pixel within 40 minutes. Verizon gets top scores on all areas. Keep up the good work

Definitely worth my 30 minute drive to shop for a new phone at this store. Lisa was so helpful, friendly and polite! Customer Service is extremely important to me and Lisa was spot on! Rebate and sale items were a huge help. Caleb was also very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this Verizon location.
