“What a very pleasant experience at this location. I'm on a trip from Reno Nevada to the Bay area, needed a phone case and was in a pinched. Called and spoke to a gentleman named John, let me know that they had phone cases in stock for the phone I needed, pulled off the highway ... by the way literally right off the highway "Great, convenient location" walked into the store and was greeted with a smile. John showed me the different options, although the prices for these cases are extremely expensive but then again this is retail. Found the case I needed, was in and out in no time. If you're the owner of this location and you read this, please give John a high five and buy him a Starbucks ? - you can tell from his enthusiasm that he enjoys his job, he's very knowledgeable and overall has great customer service skills. George Rodriguez was exceptionally helpful with my purchase but also the steps of pairing my Apple Watch with my iphone. He assessed my account and recommended several changes to save costs on my monthly bill. He’s very knowledgeable, personable and he really seems to care about his customers. I’ve been to other AT&T stores but this store by far is the best.”

“First off my first wife and I live in the Elk Grove area but decided to visit the Roseville A&T store to get new Iphone 15 Pro Max phones and switch from Xfinity Mobile to At&t. Right when we walked into the door we were greeted and helped right away by Leo. Leo was a big help and walked us through everything and even explained hidden charges we might see on the bill. He even gave us his personal number if we had any problems. My wife and I highly recommend the Roseville store off of Galleria blvd. Ask for Leo.”

“Took an iPhone 12 with a cracked back to him. He said it would be 30 minutes. This was on a weekday at around 1pm. Not a busy time. Told him I would only pay after he fixed it. ( didn't want to be stuck waiting in case I came back and he hadn't done anything with it) came back after 30 minutes and he had fixed it. Even had him change that protective glass in the front since it was all cracked. He was polite and did a very good job.”
