“First of all, this is a contractor store so I felt a bit apprehensive going in for the first time as I am just a DIY homeowner trying to fix my drip system. As soon as I walked in , Michael greeted me and made me feel right at home. He personally walked me thru my project and hand picked all the parts I needed himself! Later that day I had to go back for another part and Roberto provided me with the exact same level of service. It's clear that service is a big part of their store culture and they perform the lost art of customer service better than almost any other business I have encountered in the last year. Thanks guys for the great service and sorry Lowes and Home Depot, you lose!”

“I have to give a shoutout to all the guys at Airgas in Roseville California, I started my Journey trying to locate CO2 tanks with siphons nobody seems to have carried them and if they did the employees where rude and very unhelpful! (Won’t name names of other companies) And then I called Airgas in Roseville and the guys were immediately on ordering the tanks I needed for my company! They were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. Every time I go in they know me by name and what I need exactly. If inventory is not on hand, they are on it getting it ordered and have it ordered for the next truck to come in and call me and let me know it’s in. Yeah they miss some quality and get spotty and very generic,
But if you are starting getting stuff done with your hands, this is a great place to start with.

Is very spotty and generic, and overall corporate driven,
And yet has most of the stuff you need for a quick job.
People are great and why not, you can bring your dog in for a stroll in this heated summers of ours.
When your tool box makes shallow,
At Home Depot you’ll go mellow…
