Nice staff, but fair warning...if you don't bank with Chase they will gouge you for $3.50 per ATM transaction. If you don't want to pay fees in general I high recommend joining any local credit union. They exist to serve their members. Banks exist to serve their shareholders...not clients.

Highland Madison Ave Chase bank bankers, but here it has been taken care very professionally and very well through vice president assistant dedicated assistance. Every time I come in here the staff is always friendly. I believe the manager is Sergio, he always ensures everything is running smoothly.
