Apple needs to revamp their stores. So unorganized for such a reputable company. The employees don’t seem to understand much. Time to reconsider store operations

There guys-outstanding service: fast,official, knowledgeable, took me 15 minuts "on go" with my PC macbook presenting as imessage pop-up on screen and touch pad and virus notification pop-up - all done, one thing just sad: need collect money for exchange 11 year old on new one...ahhhh...not forever tho:)
