“What a very pleasant experience at this location. I'm on a trip from Reno Nevada to the Bay area, needed a phone case and was in a pinched. Called and spoke to a gentleman named John, let me know that they had phone cases in stock for the phone I needed, pulled off the highway ... by the way literally right off the highway "Great, convenient location" walked into the store and was greeted with a smile. John showed me the different options, although the prices for these cases are extremely expensive but then again this is retail. Found the case I needed, was in and out in no time. If you're the owner of this location and you read this, please give John a high five and buy him a Starbucks ? - you can tell from his enthusiasm that he enjoys his job, he's very knowledgeable and overall has great customer service skills. “Aside from this already being my favorite Target location (it's always the most clean and organized and has an ULTA), an employee here went out of his way for me today and deserves the recognition. I stumbled upon the perfect infant nursery glider on clearance and upon asking him to track it down at different locations, was able to secure it for me. He took a lot of time with me and was so patient, especially when he'd attempted several other Target locations where no one was even picking up. It was apparent then and there that the level of customer service at this location succeeds that of others, and it's employees like Wesley who contribute to it! It really went a long way!”

We are in need of some wireless headphones for our 3yo and literally came up empty handed every where we went. Not sure why we didn't initially come to Target first, but I think it was me selfishly hoping for a bit of my own personal shopping. Lmao. Little good that decision did for me right?? So... while this target did have kid's headphones, the ones specifically for my daughter's age range was really limited and there were only 2 colors to choose from. I didn't walk away with anything because I'm super picky and am looking for a specific color but TARGET [in general] IS THE ISSSSSH!! 4/5 stars. They almost always carry the items I need!”

“I have to give huge kudos to the guy at the cashier today (Saturday) at 5:55pm. My family and I were buying stuff at this place. Then, a woman standing behind yelled at the cashier, “Common! How long are these transactions going to take!??? “ The cashier politely replied, “When the customers are done buying their stuff.” I have to say, when she arrived she barely waited in line to throw a tantrum. Then, she proceeded to throw what she was going to buy at the cashier’s counter, and as she walked away, she yelled at the guy, “I have my kid in the car!!!”. The cashier mentioned that it was not on him that she left her kid in the car. I completely agree with him. If you go to a store, you cannot always expect there won't be a line. She could have gone and gotten her kid. No point in being fisty, especially when there was no line behind her. Also, I do not think I saw a kid in the car.I admire the politeness, patience, and fairness of this employee. It takes a lot of effort to remain patient with people with that ridiculous attitude. I congratulate this employee for his excellent customer service!!!! This store is also very neat and clean!!”
