Need to replace my old range hood so I called in to inquire about the models that I saw on their website. The person who picked up the call was rude to say the least. Very impatient with one word answers, very unprofessional. I own a Pacair but I'm going to consider others right now.

Did not expect to get such good service at such a... modest...looking place with a couple Chinese guys inside it, but I have to admit, it was a pretty easy experience coming to buy replacement lightbulbs for our hood.Also why do they have like the biggest parking lot in the SGV haha. Their responses could have been better when inquiring on their prices of the range hoods. An extra stars given for their greetings when we went in to choose which to buy. They were very willing with their demonstration of their range hoods however but any ways thats to show how supposedly great how wonderful were their... read full comment
