We went to the Torrance branch and they were unable to help us and told us to come back tomorrow morning. We went up to this PV location, and Ashley was super patient and helpful. She also explained that it's a time-consuming process which usually requires an appointment, she would help us with a few, and if there isn't a long line, she would help us more.It turned out, she helped us with all the transactions we had to do. I think she was very helpful, friendly, professional, and handled the situation so we did not feel rushed.”
