“I typically don't enjoy shopping and not sure that visiting Nordstrom often is high on my list of things to do, however when it comes to selection and quality products, Nordstrom is my "go-to". Service is mostly decent in my experience. I'm not sure how the salespeople are paid or incentivized, so unsure how that factors in but they genuinely seem like they want to help. In my experience, Nordstrom is unrivaled in the department store category (and their online presence is excellent.) 5 stars”

“I had a horrible experience at the branch located on Redondo Beach Blvd but I needed to speak to a banker STAT and this branch had the first available appointment. I didn't expect much because of that last run, but it wasn't fair for me to pre-judge based on that other branch's shortcomings, so I kept an open mind. I came through late afternoon - late like, they're gonna close soon late (but I was given that option and it worked out for me.) Walked in and I was the only customer there... kinda thought that was weird, but... okay... Anyway! I was seen almost immediately after I walked in. I sat down with Francisco and discussed my issues - I mentioned the trouble I had with the other branch.He was so patient and understanding. He gave me good suggestions/advise even after knowing I was gonna close a few (but not all) of my accounts. The rest of the staff were still pretty cordial even after I felt I overstayed. So it wasn't at all unpleasant as how I psyched myself up on my way here. The overall experience kinda convinced me not to close all my accounts.Great first run. Should I need anymore WF banking needs, this branch will be my go-to...”

“Jay helped me back in August to set up my business account. I had went to a different branch the month before, and the lady wasn't helpful at all. Very vague on what I needed to open my business account. I set up an appointment at the Wells Fargo Riviera Village location and Jay helped me and made it a breeze! He was also super helpful with how to proceed to merchant services and helped me with all questions I had during our appointment. Smart, friendly, and efficient. Thanks again Jay!”

“$2 parking on weekdays and $5 on weekends. No admission fee. Sellers started packing up their goods just after 2, so it's better to show up before then. There were lots of snack stands and a public restroom. I found a lot of goodies there, from La Roche-Posay products to Stauer watches to trading cards. Every seller took a form of-non cash payment (Zelle, Venmo). You might have to do digging in piles for clothes, but no complaints!”

“I cannot say enough about THIS branch. I do deposits here twice a week for work, and they are truly the best Wells Fargo I have gone to. Super personable staff, they remember your name, job, whatever you discussed. I get a smile going here when it's normally the least favorite part of my job! Plus, they've got super yummy coffee available with good creamer too! I'm not a Wells Fargo customer even and they have me considering switching. They even make it a point to keep their ATM machines on the outside clean which I enjoy even though the majority of the time I go inside to use the machines and say hello I would highly recommend this bank. “Came here to take advantage of the current checking account promotion with Citibank. The bank was pretty busy when we arrived a little past 11 am on Monday morning, so we had to wait a bit before someone could assist us. The chairs in the waiting area were really comfortable though, so I didn't mind the wait. Taz was the person who helped us, and she was very nice and provided great service!”
