“I had a new Chase card that had a glitch in getting it activated from the app. Marilyn was absolutely wonderful. Friendly and pleasant and just really really good at her job. I'm from out of the area but told my family to change banks and go to Chase and ask for Marilyn. I usually don't leave many reviews other than for hôtel stays but felt that she should be recognized.”
“Have been a customer of Exchange bank for over 40 years...I try to patronize local and Exchange Bank is a winner! The people working there are great, service is great! The few times I have had a bit of a problem they stepped right up and fixed it! They are very civic minded....Cannot imagine using a different bank! Go Exchange Bank! No need to worry with aexchznge Bank!?”

“This Bank of the West was among the Best of the Best! Even thought because of Covid and being short staffed, the tellers went out of there way to care for my personal needs. Many times in banks there can be many employees at desk, one teller, and a long line of customers. At this Bank of the West any time there was someone in line another teller would show up from a desk to care for them. In addition I received guidance as to how solve my situation by using a neighboring bank in addition to Bank of the West. I was cared for in an "Old School" true customer service way.”
“Rohnert Park's Useless Bank branch was useful.... Cashiers Check to get an apartment was no problem. No drive-thru ATM, ..... but plenty of free parking.”
