Parts department is awesome and helpful, everyone I've worked with from there has been great.
Not sure who the other people who sit at this desk are. They just look annoyed and tell you to push a button to reach the parts department, should be moved and sit somewhere else.

Shout out to my service advisor Mike for always being communicative and making sure his customer needs are met to the best of his ability! I have always had a pleasant experience at Audi Rocklin even under circumstances regarding my vehicle inconveniences. They make sure I leave taken care of. Shout out to him and his team!

Great Service Department!! Love everything about this Audi dealership. Warm and welcoming staff, efficient service and a comfortable waiting area stocked with good quality teas and coffee and snacks!
