“Tonight I had an excellent experience when Gio and Francisco helped me with buying brakes for my car. I am elderly and know nothing about cars! This makes me the perfect target to be taken advantage of. Recently I had the tires on my car rotated at Les Swab and I was told I needed new brakes, calipers and rotors. Les Swab gave me an estimate and encouraged me to have the repair work done there. I have a friend that can replace brakes. He told me to buy the parts and he would do the work. When I went into O'Reillys tonight I showed Gio the estimate from Les Swab and I asked him several questions about rotors and calipers. He was so kind, patient and knowledgeable! He spent a lot of time explaining to me about how they work and when to replace them. After listening to Gio, I decided I did not need all that Les Swab had recommended for my car. I'm so grateful to Gio for everything he taught me. I'm on a fixed income and because of Gio and all of his help, I was able to save money by not purchasing parts that I didn't need. I was treated with respect and kindness. In this day and age that seldom happens and I feel blessed to have had such a good experience! Thank you so much Gio. You do good work!”

He got the reading for me and told me where to go to get it fixed. I asked if I could drive it to see my daughter. he said "if you were my mom, I'd say don't drive it!" I took his advice! I was very thankful for that, because I broke my spine twice and there was no way I could lift the battery much less but it in. It took all of 5 minutes for him to put the battery in and had me on my way. I want to thank them very much. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and I will visit them again when I need help.”
