“Slate Creek community has improved significantly over the last 5 years especially in the last year when the current management team took over. A lot of noticeable enhancement, better security and cleanness. I like the management team especially Elizabeth as she is very helpful and professional. The modern amenities make the living experience so exciting and the complex location is so strategic where you are surrounded with almost everything you need within a walking distance. I highly recommend Slate Creek to everyone who is looking for a clean, safe and beautiful community.Please DO NOT increase the rent every year because it's getting out of control.Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to more good stuff to come!”

“I lived at Foxworth a year, and it was a great experience! The grounds are beautiful and maintained very well. There are big trees throughout the property and a little creek with many different types of wildlife. Maintenance requests are attended to in a timely manner. The resident property manager, Eileen, is on top of everything. Any problems that pop up she deals with quickly and efficiently. She is fair and gives residents a break whenever she can. She also throws great parties where the residents get to know each other.As far as the residents, it’s a wonderful group of people, and it feels like a community. That’s rare, I’ve found, in an apartment setting. The residents are friendly and respectful towards each other. I had no issues in the year I was there. I always enjoyed walking my dog and talking to people along the way. It’s definitely a pet friendly community. I always felt safe when I was out with my dog.Regarding the previous review about the property being dirty and trashy, nothing could be further from the truth. If the dumpster areas were untidy, the property manager herself was out sweeping and cleaning the areas. She also kept the laundry room spotless. No trash was ever left on the ground.My only reason for leaving was the desire to buy a house. If I ever find myself in the need of a rental again, I would not hesitate to go back to Foxworth.”

“I moved out of Arlington Creek Apartments in September 2023 after living there for approximately 10-11 years. While there, I experienced a few property managers come and go as management was restructured. The first property manager Jody, was great; the in betweens not so much. Arlington Creek Apartments scored when they connected the management dream team (in my eyes) Marigold and Carmen have been nothing short of amazing! They provided structure for the complex by enforcing the lease contract for example no smoking inside of your unit, they kept the property clean with their wonderful maintenance staff. They were available to answer questions and provide quick responses should on a rare occasion my unit needed attention. The management team were also pleasant and easy to speak with. Oh the apartment complex was affordable!!! Unfortunately, I had to make a big girl decision to move out to secure my own home. I am truly grateful for the experience my girls and I had at Arlington Creek and highly recommend Arlington Creek as a place to call home. Thank you Marigold and Carmen!”

“I lived at Adora for just seven months, but due to a job relocation to another state, we unfortunately had to move. All the staff was great from the beginning. The maintenance guy, Jeff, is always available and takes good care of the community. The location is excellent, but there are two drawbacks: it's a bit pricey, and the gym could benefit from being larger and fully enclosed.”

“We lived there for a year. We probably would have lived further, but we needed more space as our family grew larger. I can't complain about anything. The apartment of 2 by 2 is excellent, the rooms are large. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager Alejandro Ochoa. He understood our situation and allowed us to stay while we collected documents, so we have the warmest memories. Any problem was resolved quickly, such as a leaking faucet or replacing the air conditioner filter. The area is very good. I definitely recommend it.”

“I very rarely write reviews. But this is a special case. We have been living in this apartment for more than a year and I can give an objective assessment. I would like to mention the work of the apartment managers Angela and Gerardo. They are very attentive and helpful staff. You can contact them with any question, and they will solve it very quickly. They will find an approach to each person. Even after the time has passed, do they check if everything is in order? We really like this attitude. We highly recommend our Canterbury Downs complex. “I just wanted to write a review and I have moved from the bay area to this apartment property back in 2019 to 2022 and I have to say that the people that works in the office are really professional, friendly and very helpful. The maintenance people are very Responsive and very nice as well. Everybody in that management is really nice. It’s just that unfortunate. I had to move out of there in 2022 because I bought a house otherwise I would say that I would still be living in that property if I did not buy a home, because that property is very clean well maintained the people are professional and nice and helpful. The maintenance are super.!!!”

“So we lived here for a few years (just moved feb 2022) and while the place can use some upgrades (no central heat/ac type things) i really enjoyed it overall.I enjoyed being by the creek and hearing all of the birds, sometimes turkeys wandering around.Anytime I needed something fixed that I couldnt/didn't want to do myself, it was always addressed within a day.Everyone in the complex seemed really nice, we have been lucky enough to have some really awesome neighbors!I will say, full disclosure, there are a couple of people that seem to sleep nearby (homeless/on drugs)...not the fault of the apartments but something to just be aware of)”

“I love it here! The management is Amazing and so are the maintenance workers. Anytime I have a problem the manager is quick to respond and quick to have the problem resolved whether it’s a question or something that needs to be fixed. The manager is so sweet and very attentive. Since I’ve been here I haven’t had any issues. I would recommend these apartments for sure!”

“I love my new home! The cabinets and counter tops caught my eye the moment I stepped into my home! I have everything I need here. A stove, dishwasher, fridge, a microwave, a gym, picnic area, a pool and several washers and dryers. Everything could not have went more smoothly. OH! Did I forget to mentioned the property is always super cleaned! I LOVE LOVE what they are doing with their plants, excellent taken cared of place. Many years to come!”

“I lived here for two years in a 2 bedroom and loved it! I got lucky with super low maintenance neighbors and the management was always great. This was my first home on my own and I have to say I don't think I could've had a better experience. Would highly recommend moving here. The only reason I didn't give the 5th star was because there were always homeless people in the dumpsters which wasn't something that ever became a problem but wasn't ideal obviously.”
