“Jocelyne helped me get moved in within a week! She helped me sign everything I needed to remotely as work keeps me on the road a great deal. The apartment is a great size, clean and with fresh floors and appliances. The lounge has plenty of space for work and meetings and the pool looks like it will be great fun in the summer. A half mile walk to a grocery store and half a dozen fast casual restaurants. Moving is always stressful, but this was the best move I’ve ever had.”

“I have been living at El Dorado Village for sometime now and still find it an exceptional value. In fact, I have lived here before my current stay and come back finding myself glad I did.The manager, Tita, is very responsive, helpful and gets things done when promised. She recently helped me with an apartment transfer and my new place exceeds my expectations. If you are looking for a good value and would like to live in El Dorado Hills, then this place is hard to beat.”

“We have been living here for almost 3 months now and are very happy. Apartment was newly renovated when moving in and in pretty good shape, apart from a few things that were fixed fairly quickly. It is a quiet complex, apart from the occasional sound from the neighbors, can’t complain too much. Have have a couple issues needing a maintenance person and they were there to fix it within 2 hours both times. Nice gym and pool. Everyone at the front office is very nice and responsive. We look forward to staying here!”

“I figured I'd review since the reviews are a bit older and a new manager apparently is here now. Angela is the property manager and really takes pride in this community. It's well maintained. Quiet neighbors, clean amenities and my place was perfect prior to move in. Maintenance is really great about getting orders done in 24hrs which I love. Usually no problem finding parking but the occasional cars that are just parked in the same spot here and there but other than that a great place to live. I'm a homeowner still and still fairly new to Roseville. Older well kept communities tend to be more quit not so much traffic and affordable which I loved about this community!FYI: This is an honest review from someone with previous property Mgt industry experience as well so I'm a bit picky!”

“We have lived at The Reva for a year now and have no complaints. The management team is there to help with any questions you may have. Maintenance comes the following day after putting in a request. I haven’t ran into any major issues here and I doubt I will. It is a very quiet place to live and is surrounded by nature. If there is anything being renovated you receive an email keeping you updated with the status. If you’re looking for an apartment complex that genuinely cares and helps then this would be a great fit. Thank you Pari and the rest of the team.”

“Despite all the negative comments, I've lived here at 98 Hundred since January and the office staff and especially the Maintenance team,Have been one of the most pleasant and hardworking team I've experienced! Grounds are well maintained the property offers alot of great amenities. “Recently moved in as of 10/23 so far so good. Under new management & they are improving most of the things previous residents are complaining about. Gated apartments with visible security presence, Attentive when it comes to keeping apartments grounds clean & neighbors are quiet at night… ONLY complaint is most neighbors have a lot of mess on their patios which they have recently sent out notices regarding that too.”

“I'm only there to help a friend 2 times a week and they tenants are super nice. I was able to meet one of the office staff and she seemed very nice also. My friend has nothing but good things to say about her. Place is kept up, pool is always clean and maintenance comes fairly fast when you put a service order, as well as polite.”

“I lived here for two years in a 2 bedroom and loved it! I got lucky with super low maintenance neighbors and the management was always great. This was my first home on my own and I have to say I don't think I could've had a better experience. Would highly recommend moving here. The only reason I didn't give the 5th star was because there were always homeless people in the dumpsters which wasn't something that ever became a problem but wasn't ideal obviously.”

I love the peacefulness and the tranquility the running streams and water features offer here. Make for a great walk anytime of the day! “I love my new home! The cabinets and counter tops caught my eye the moment I stepped into my home! I have everything I need here. A stove, dishwasher, fridge, a microwave, a gym, picnic area, a pool and several washers and dryers. Everything could not have went more smoothly. OH! Did I forget to mentioned the property is always super cleaned! I LOVE LOVE what they are doing with their plants, excellent taken cared of place. Many years to come!”
“It’s very clean and well maintained. The management is always prompt in answering questions and providing assistance when needed. The area is secured and you may see security personnel patrol around at night. There are events year round that provide socialization to the community such as seasonal parties and mini contests, which are just some of the fun perks of being a resident. I’m happy with my stay so far and would recommend this place to anyone new in the area.”
