“The guys here from the front desk at device area all the way to the techs are fabulous.
They are professional, know what they doing and know how to interact with their customers.
They should send employees from other places to here to learn manners, behavior and customer service.

“Was slightly hesitant on picking up from a "neighborhood dealer" located at a gas station, but all worries were quickly put to rest once I arrived and checked-in. There was a dedicated U-haul rep inside this location who had me sorted in about 5 minutes. Their "lot" is smaller but the equipment is well organized and they were one of the only locations within 20 miles that had a 26' truck available. They even comped me an extra day for letting them know I would be needing the truck a little longer than originally scheduled. 5/5, thank you!!”

“Strange location, on a Main Street but in the opposite side once getting off the freeway. Key lock combo to remove keys so I guess kinda convenient to retrieve at whatever time. Location could Be better.”
