“Nice facility, Brooke is extremely nice and helpful. They were able to help me with all my needs!! The ONLY things is They need a flat dollie to help move items into storage. I'm a single mom trying to move heavy items into the unit with kids helping. Would be much easier and faster with a flat dollie.. also I don't like that you have to be gone before 8 pm or you will get locked into the facility. Wish the facility had 24 hour accessible. But other that those two I would definitely recommend them.”

“Called in looking for a 26' box truck because the place I usually go was out. I got a live person on the phone right away(no hassle phone system) I believe his name was Anthony. Very helpful, got me checked in & on my way quickly. The truck is in good overall condition, only minor complaint is there is what I assume to be safety system installed which beeps at you every time it thinks you're too close to the car in front of you, or every time someone changes lanes in front of you. Otherwise was a great rental experience, they even give you til closing the day after you rent, at the one day charge. I'll use them again in the future.”

Unfortunately the computer system went down but instead of making us wait they just took copies of my license and credit card and let us get started and we I was done the system was back up and we did all the paperwork. “Was slightly hesitant on picking up from a "neighborhood dealer" located at a gas station, but all worries were quickly put to rest once I arrived and checked-in. There was a dedicated U-haul rep inside this location who had me sorted in about 5 minutes. Their "lot" is smaller but the equipment is well organized and they were one of the only locations within 20 miles that had a 26' truck available. They even comped me an extra day for letting them know I would be needing the truck a little longer than originally scheduled. 5/5, thank you!!”
