Horrible facility allowed me to book an appointment for the notary on Saturday called the notary was in the building specifically speaking in the background oh, who’s gonna be here oh no I’m not gonna come in. Unprofessional should’ve never allowed me to book an appointment for the notary on Saturday if they’re actually not going to be there saying that I would have drove it all the way an hour away to just be there for no reason.

This UPS store is super easy to get in and do what you need to do. They have lots of services, copies, mail boxes, notary services, Amazon return but I like the friendly people working there.There's also a pharmacy inside this location.

I genuinely loved my stop at the UPS Store today March 4 2024, Alexa was really nice and helpful to fulfill my needs, Alexa took care of my paperwork and shipping making my day much easier and better. I will be coming back, that’s for sure!

I had the worst customer service experience from this one store, and I've been to many.
They wouldn't ship a free return without selling me additional plastic bag, costing me outrageous amounts! They pushed me into a sale I never really needed! What they did, no other UPS store treated me this way! Other stores. With other stores, I just handed my item, and they wrapped it, not asking me for anything additional! I wrapped this time very well, and that still wasn't good enough for them! Very reluctant to accept my decision to wrap it with my own bag! But instead pushing me to buy into theirs! How disappointing, how unprofessional!

The copy machine has an option to print using a USB stick however the option does not work when tried.I talked to a clerk about it and she found it weird that it wasn't working. She offered to print using their computer since their machine was not working properly.After the printing I was charged for the use of the computer.I let her know that I should not be charged for the computer use if their machines are not working properly.I then spoke with the manager who said that the USB feature has never been an option nor worked.Then why does the machine prompt me to use a USB, why would that feature be closed off on the machine?Why is there not a sign up by or on the machine stating this?The manager was confused and wasn't able to have a conversation in understanding.Why does the staff member who helped me no know this?The staff is then obviously not trained in a way where they know their job, not the clerks fault.I find the business owner to have shady business practices and not caring enough to train their staff properly. Definitely not going back at all.I believe that the USB feature is not available so that they can charge extra for people needing to print. Other print shops with do-it yourself machines have the option to print using a USB and if it isn't working they won't charge to use their computer. I will stick with FedEx Office for printing as their staff know what they are doing and take care of customers properly.

I have gone here many times with Amazon returns. They are very helpful and I would recommend them for that. Fall '22 I mailed my ballot here the day of the election, thinking it would be safe and fast. I monitored my ballot, found it had not been counted and asked for further information. My ballot was post marked (not arrived) more than a week after election day, and was not eligible to be counted. Deliberate? I don't know. But Beware! If it can happen to an official ballot, during an election, it can certainly happen to: Bill payments, birthday cards etc. Don't trust them with your mail!
