The team is very nice, but it’s never enough employees working so the wait time is a bit long.

Had occasions to use the UPS Store for some items that needed to be notarized. The store is welcoming, the notary was very pleasant, efficient. We will use them again for notary services and also for any packaging or mailing supplies needed. Highly recommend this friendly neighborhood UPS Store.

This UPS helped scammers scam us. We tried to cancel a package, reroute it. Anything, call 1800 number and the told us to go to where we shipped it. They could help us. None of them knew how to send a package, how to help us. Gave us the run around, but never helped us. Instead the package was delivered 900 merchandise... read full comment
