“So glad we came across this place, they have really nice options and they’re very helpful yet patient, we were in the store for 40 minutes and ultimately went with a custom sofa and love seat set that was inspired by a sectional they had on display. The custom set we ordered here was about the same price as what other sets were going for at other stores, but our set is much better quality ! We customized the firmness level, pillow shapes and color of course . It took a little less than 2 weeks to be completed and the delivery was AMAZING, they were here on time, very friendly and they even had to carry the sofa through the backyard because it wouldn’t fit through the front door. Ultimately I would definitely recommend Big A’s , the staff is helpful and kind and the prices for custom sets are great !”

“I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I came to buy a microwave. But they did not have it on the shelf. But Sergio help me get one from the back. He said that he will take about 10 minutes to go get it. At first I thought that maybe he will not come back and maybe forget because he would be helping other people. But to my surprise he actually came with the microwave. We were still going to do some shopping so he took the microwave to customer service until we were done. The price tag on the shelf was $69.99. But on his scanner when he checked it it was about $79.99. So he said to just tell customer service to help with price adjustment. So I go to customer service after I finish shopping, and there was a lady there who was being rude and told me that she could not honor that price. But David in customer service came out of nowhere and said that they could honor it. He typed a few things on the computer and then the price adjustment worked. Even though the lady said there was no way. So thank you so much Sergio and David for AMAZING customer service!!! We need more people like you! “I am glad I gave this target another chance, after going there a little more than a year ago, when it was messy and had an unfriendly staff. My recent visits included a drive up pick-up and in store visit. It was clean, and the staff was very pleasant, even noticed me looking for something and stopped to assist. They sometimes do not have everything/full assortment like some other target locations, but I still like this location the best. I enjoy the gift card rewards through their app.”
