“Loved this store, went to a few others in the past few weeks, the furniture was nice but customer service wasn’t great at the other stores.. wife and I walked into this store a few weeks ago and immediately was greeted by the folks who work there.. they offered us some snacks and drinks before we started to look around. They have GREAT furniture at reasonable prices, you can tell the quality is great, and the sells workers knew all about the items, answered all our questions.Was helped by a wonderful gentleman by the name of Roland Castro, who I have to say was extremely helpful very knowledgeable and very patient with us lol.We changed our minds probably about 8 times before our final decision and he was so patient. The lady that help me was very helpful , and she made me feel less nervous then I was supposed to be. I ended up buying a whole bedroom set with them for 500 dollars . Which was very cheap in my part and I love it . They even delivered it to my dorm and set up it there also. I had to paid a 30 dollar fee for the delivery and set up. Which wasn't to bad for me as if I had done it myself. I knew for sure that I would mess up some where. So I would totally recommend you buy from them if you are a college student like me .”

“So glad we came across this place, they have really nice options and they’re very helpful yet patient, we were in the store for 40 minutes and ultimately went with a custom sofa and love seat set that was inspired by a sectional they had on display. The custom set we ordered here was about the same price as what other sets were going for at other stores, but our set is much better quality ! We customized the firmness level, pillow shapes and color of course . It took a little less than 2 weeks to be completed and the delivery was AMAZING, they were here on time, very friendly and they even had to carry the sofa through the backyard because it wouldn’t fit through the front door. Ultimately I would definitely recommend Big A’s , the staff is helpful and kind and the prices for custom sets are great !”
