“I was heading towards the exit of Tyler small when this storefront caught my eye. Walked in and was warmly greeted by employee Justin. Maybe he was the Manager? Wouldn’t know, he was just super chill. Immediately I was drawn to the IE heart logo hats. Having spent more than half my life in the Inland Empire, I definitely have love for the IE. Never saw it expressed so awesomely though! Left with two hats in color schemes I had never before seen (and I’ve seen a lot of hats) and Justin hooked it up with kindness and care. Even though it’s over half hour from where I live, I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend a visit!”

“Great store with great selection says my daughter, but the issue we both found was that it was a bit cramped with narrow walkways compared to the amount of people visiting. She loved the items they had on hand though, so she wasn't too affected. All-in-all it was not a bad trip. Always be mindful of the price of going to these stores, that is another eye-catcher on my end.”

I wanna buy em all, Well i didnt . ? season have changed and lots of cute stuff , so many employees workin hard fixing clothes that been messed up by j*** face shoppers. “Woooohoooo JCPenny! I used to love shopping here. So every year for Black Friday, my family and I would run around and be the "crazy people" out all night/ over 24 hours, just shopping til we dropping lol It was so much fun! And JCPenny was on our list for the mall. They just have such greats deals for black Friday. We would get random things, appliances, clothes, puffer jackets, shoes. JCPenny has so much to offer consumers. They have pretty good deals aside from black Friday, but that is the time that I go the most. During the holidays, this is one of the best places to go for gifts. This department store is pretty big also. Lots of opportunity to find amazing deals! yayyyyy! Gotta love saving money while you are spending money lol”

“I went in this Morning with my daughter to buy baby girl clothes for a gift. Very clean and organized store! But the best part was when I went to pay the Associate there by the name of Da’mona was extremely nice, fast and efficient she provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE she made me feel Good! “Love finding unique shirts for my little boy. Stopped in today and needed a larger size for the shirt I chose the lady checked and said it was in stock. She went to grab it from the stand but it wasn't there. She went the extra mile and checked shipment, went through boxes and found it. I was impressed. The other lady was nice enough to tell me that the shirts shrink a bit so I went up a size.Talk about customer service. Clothes are a little pricey buy worth it. Just couldn't pass up the fly Shirts. I found a new spot to shop for my son's clothes.”

She was welcoming, very sweet, very informative, and actually cared about the people she was dealing with. I don’t think a worker can get better than her, and not only that she does things with intention. I don’t even think she realizes but she makes a difference just with her presence.
