“I went to Big Lots on November 30, 2023. Let me tell you, Jamar was SUPER HELPFUL! I came to Big Lots to buy a new dresser drawer and luckily they had the one I liked in stock. Jamar came over with a dolly and wheeled it to my car. Unfortunately it didn’t fit in my trunk and he gave me some suggestions as to what I should do. He even brought a measuring tape and measure the size of the sample dresser and my trunk to see if we can take it out the box and load it in like that! And JCPenny was on our list for the mall. They just have such greats deals for black Friday. We would get random things, appliances, clothes, puffer jackets, shoes. JCPenny has so much to offer consumers. They have pretty good deals aside from black Friday, but that is the time that I go the most. “I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I came to buy a microwave. But they did not have it on the shelf. But Sergio help me get one from the back. He said that he will take about 10 minutes to go get it. At first I thought that maybe he will not come back and maybe forget because he would be helping other people. But to my surprise he actually came with the microwave. We were still going to do some shopping so he took the microwave to customer service until we were done. The price tag on the shelf was $69.99. But on his scanner when he checked it it was about $79.99. So he said to just tell customer service to help with price adjustment. So I go to customer service after I finish shopping, and there was a lady there who was being rude and told me that she could not honor that price. But David in customer service came out of nowhere and said that they could honor it. He typed a few things on the computer and then the price adjustment worked. Even though the lady said there was no way. So thank you so much Sergio and David for AMAZING customer service!!! We need more people like you! If you ever read this I just want to say thank you very much and you guys are awesome!!”

I found the perfect over the shoulder purse! She made sure to stay with me and help me find the right one! She didn't just walk away you can tell she loves what she does and she loves helping people!
