“I rented a unit at palendale storage and it was very easy going the staff even gave me tips on how I can save on my rental as a matter fact I saved a lot I got twice as much for less. When I went in to do the paperwork the manager was super nice she really helped me out and even gave me a free cold drink and a new lock. I really like the management and staff here and the prices are un beatable so thank you palendale storage for your hospitality your a life saver.”

“I rented a truck to downsize my mother. Enterprise only gave me one key. Which was lost and we called roadside assistance. I was told they couldn't help. We were far from a metropolitan area. Plus it being a Saturday made things worse. We had to call a locksmith and pay out of pocket for a replacement key. Which was a 1000. and finished at 2:30 am Sunday. Then coming home Sunday the truck broke down halfway home. I called roadside assistance again. This time they did set up a tow, but for the next day. We had to find a place to stay for the night. Which we did. I started getting calls at 7:00am Monday for our tow. Brooke from Enterprise was wonderful to deal with. Very apologetic about everything. She arranged for the rental to be towed to my house. So that we could unload it. She said that we could take the time needed to unload. Once we finished, to let her know. Then schedule it to be towed and repaired. There was no pressure to unload quickly. I never felt that Enterprise blamed me for any of the problems I was having. The following day, I reached out to Brooke about the final amount due. Brooke was very fair and I was very pleased with the final bill. I would definitely rent from Enterprise Truck Rental in Modesto or anywhere else due to service we recieved from Brooke. “This place here is 5 stars easy! Everything from reserving the van to picking it up was easy and staff was very friendly and helpful. This was an experience forsure let me tell you why. When it was time to return the Uhaul everything was as easy as just dropping off the keys, as I get in my own vehicle the attendant compliments me on how clean my car looks (my car was filthy without a wash for maybe 3weeks) I thought he was joking on the compliment and jokingly suggested he may need some glasses, well the attendant then suggests I may want to look again so finally I get out of my car to look again and heres the surprise, what I thought was a dirty filthy car was clean and shiny I was so surprised to see my car so clean, this attendant needs a RAISE!!!! Someone give this man a RAISE!!! I mean it he went above and beyond, this place has a great employee!”

“GCU gave me my break into the truck driving business 4 years ago. Im forever grateful for that.They do take newly licensed drivers w/no experience. Which is so hard to find!Your not going to make too much right off the bat because of lack of experience. Just about $1,200 gross weekly to start.But hey, at first it’s all about getting the experience under your belt.I really miss working there. Had a great time and learned a lot of what I needed to know.You start your day about 3am and are done by 3pm and headed home.I probably will return some day down the road.Loved it!Don’t trip on the reviews that are complaining about drivers being reckless. For crying out loud, those incidents/accidents are isolated.GCU would not still be in business if it was so bad. Besides, like I said, they give no experience drivers a chance. There will be some issues with that.And yes, ok so the equipment isn’t top notch. So what?!? It gets the job done and you get back to the yard if truck fails.The trucks take a beating. These trucks are work horses. After you get some experience then you can go get into a fancy smancy truck at a fancy smancy company.Gotta start some where. Thank goodness this company takes the risk.Yeah”

He even let us grab the trailer the night before so we could start early! Then when we turned the trailer in, we got $20 off our price for turning the trailer in before 4pm!!! We had to purchase a ball thing for our car so we could hook the trailer to it but the guy taught us how to install and take out the thingy! (And taught us how to properly hook the trailer up) Thank you so much for making our move that much easier!”
