When I went in to do the paperwork the manager was super nice she really helped me out and even gave me a free cold drink and a new lock. “I rented a truck to downsize my mother. Enterprise only gave me one key. Which was lost and we called roadside assistance. I was told they couldn't help. We were far from a metropolitan area. Plus it being a Saturday made things worse. We had to call a locksmith and pay out of pocket for a replacement key. Which was a 1000. and finished at 2:30 am Sunday. Then coming home Sunday the truck broke down halfway home. I called roadside assistance again. This time they did set up a tow, but for the next day. We had to find a place to stay for the night. Which we did. I started getting calls at 7:00am Monday for our tow. Brooke from Enterprise was wonderful to deal with. Very apologetic about everything. She arranged for the rental to be towed to my house. So that we could unload it. She said that we could take the time needed to unload. Once we finished, to let her know. Then schedule it to be towed and repaired. There was no pressure to unload quickly. I never felt that Enterprise blamed me for any of the problems I was having. The following day, I reached out to Brooke about the final amount due. Brooke was very fair and I was very pleased with the final bill. I would definitely rent from Enterprise Truck Rental in Modesto or anywhere else due to service we recieved from Brooke. “My husband and I recently moved (200 miles away) and needed to rent a trailer to move our things. One of the workers helped us out and gave us a really great deal on the trailer for 1 day! He even let us grab the trailer the night before so we could start early! Then when we turned the trailer in, we got $20 off our price for turning the trailer in before 4pm!!! We had to purchase a ball thing for our car so we could hook the trailer to it but the guy taught us how to install and take out the thingy! (And taught us how to properly hook the trailer up) Thank you so much for making our move that much easier!”
