Everyone that had answered my calls had resolved our issues within the hour if not the day, as our business needs grew and the service needed extending, the quality of USS’s response has continued to stand out as excellent, from the numerous phone agents (too many names to list)to the service drivers (our regular Flor-that does a fantastic job and records any issues I’ve reported to her) , efficiency and excellence are the marks and badges of everyone that we contacted in this business. While one might argue that it is premature to praise a vendor prior to end of contract; I beg to defer as to give credit when credit is due while we are all still alive! “Super amazing ! I started my rental journey a year ago at another Extra Space Storage and my unit was broken into due to NO security being there ever and homeless people sleeping in the actual hallways of the units overnight every night. I was having issues with bugs and was considering leaving but didn’t have much time to switch units so I was postponing. Then, someone was able to use a power tool on my lock and break my unit open. (The lock was drilled into literal pieces on the ground when I got to my unit). I immediately called this location and Marisa was amazing !! She was super sweet and helpful, she didn’t rush me off the phone even though a customer had come into the store either. I ended up upgrading my unit to climate control AND double the space for ALMOST THE EXACT SAME PRICE !!!! AND not to mention, they (staff) literally are here around the clock so your possessions are truly taken care of. I feel very confident and very relieved that I was able to get a unit at this location. Marisa is the best !”
