I believe that transmission building and repair is the brain surgery of the automotive world. This might sound hard to believe but I had my van towed 100 miles just so Ralph’s could handle the repair.

Ralph’s backs their transmission with a 3-year warranty, which made me feel a lot better. I asked them a lot of questions. A LOT! This was .a huge investment for me, and I only want to do it ONCE. Since I depend on my vehicle for my business, I needed a compete and lasting solution. If I was to spend the money to repair it, I needed it done right and I needed a SUPER-DUTY transmission.

Mario and the entire staff explained in detail what I needed to properly repair my transmission. They were even able to diagnose the cause of the failure.

They completely rebuilt my transmission instead of slapping Band-Aid on the problem. They communicated with me about the type of parts going into my transmission and they guided me into making decisions about using heavy-duty parts.

I will admit I was a bit nervous and I didn't want to have one get over on me and be honest with what the issue was with my car. I was treated with the utmost respect! I can't emphasize that enough. “My name is Patricia. I have a 550 BMW as you know this is a very expensive car. I took it to an import shop to get repaired on ninth Street. It’s at there for 3+ days. They didn’t even look at it. I told my girlfriend about it, she referred me to the shop. She says they take all their vehicles there. They were amazing within two days. My car was totally repaired. I was scared to get the total price of the car. It was a little over $1000 granite I live on a fixed income , I guarantee if I would’ve took this car anywhere else it would’ve been a lot more . “Trustworthy and professional... Diesel Dynamix has worked on my 2006 Chevy 2500HD a few times. Most recently, I was in need of advice and immediate repair. After taking my truck to Jiffy Lube on Mchenry in Modesto for battery replacement things went terribly wrong. The manager at Jiffy Lube caused an arc and shorted out my entire dashboard. All my dash gages were not working and my window was left in the down position. I could not get window to go up or use radio. I was upset when manager tried to say the issue was existing and not his fault. The truck has never had an issue with dash and only after Jiffy Lube replaced batteries that issue started. I called Diesel Dynamix about the issue, mechanic explained that it could have been a short during battery replacement. I drove to Diesel Dynamics in Ceres with my window down and no dash gages working. Immediately, mechanic diagnosed the issue. He showed me where the arc took place and how Jiffy Lube attempted to replace the ignition fuse they blew out. The mechanic at Diesel Dynamix diagnosed and repaired all the issues in 30 minutes. I was very impressed with the service and knowledge of mechanic. Prices are on point. I will also add that they offer financing for larger repairs. “It's been a minute although I've had great luck with these guys. Infact had several transmissions rebuilt by them, sent several friends also. Years ago when I had my Acura transmission rebuilt I was so pleased I returned shortly later for my Dodge. I had also recommended these guys on Craigslist back in the day as at that time they were the only affordable place with a great warranty. Normally affordable and quality don't go together however these folks are amazing! Never did I have an issue since the rebuilds. Only visits were for maintenance.
