“I needed the LCD screen on my digital camera replaced. I had the part, but none of the camera shops said they could do the labor. The camera shops said that no one does that job anymore. I called here and the guy said he'd give it a shot. He was able to do it and my camera works fine again. It was also cheaper than I expected.”

“Mike and his team were amazing - took the time and went the extra mile for me in getting connected to home wifi. Having spent 2 hours the day before in ATT voice mail (you know the drill) and getting absolutely no where, I made an appointment at the store. Mike, through no help of mine, (I was lost, couldn't even remember my phone number, SS number or security questions) was able to get a technician (who was amazing, too) to come to my house, install the fiber optic box, and get everything working. Mike spent a solid hour with me at the store and made it happen. Ovations to him and the team.”
“I came here today unhappy about my present phone dying on me and having to purchase a new phone, right after paying it off. The young man Axel was very professional, very knowledgeable and very patient. By far the best customer service that I can remember. The other Boost store worker could really learn a few things from Axel. He was so good that I’m see if I can tip him.”

“My family and I had recent trouble with our previous provider, so we decided to switch to Verizon. When attempting to transfer services, Hussein helped us through the entire process, which included a lengthy call to our old provider while he was assisting another customer at the time. He then continued to set up our phones an hour and a half after closing time. I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt like Hussein deserves to be recognized on here. So glad to have been helped by Hussein at this store!”

“I came in to the shop about a week ago and my phone was frozen it would not turn off nor my apps would not operate so the man behind the counter asked to look at it and within 10 minutes he had it all working again it was Unbelievable I swore it would have to be sent to the shop but he knew exactly what it was. My phone is an Apple 11 and I thought it was a computer glitch or something the man's name is " NABIL" that man is amazing he's is the reason why I will keep going to that shop and stay with this service me and my family I just want to let people know that nabil took so good care of me and I wanted to thank him so much for helping me out And keeping me safe in the store thanks again nabil your friend Frank !!!”
