We waited a very long time for our order. When it came it was a canvas print 12 x 16 folded as small as 4 x 6. Has creases that won't come out. Very dissatisfied. They ruined the quality. They should have shipped it in a tube.

F.Y.I. Otr's ( only )... Delivering appointment 0800? Do not enter one hour earlier than appointment! There is parking in the area AT YOUR OWN RISK! In times at opening tend to be tremendously SLOW! Come early or get in line early if your appointment is at 0800!
