“I got here at 5:45am and was getting unloaded by 6:00 and out the door back on the road by 6:36am.The receiving office was super nice with helping me with a smile after we find out I’m a day early she still got me in the door to get unloaded. Most warehouse would just make me sit until tomorrow but since my load was in the system she just got me in. There no overnight parking so park a block west by a grocery store on the side by the wall . The warehouse opens at 5am”

“The truck entrance is on Mango Ave.Off the 210 hwy, take Sierra Ave & go North. Turn right on Sierra Lakes Parkway. Immediately get into the left lane as Mango Ave is the next traffic light (Wendy's on the left-hand side). Turn left on Mango Ave (Mango Ave is like an alleyway) Follow Mango Ave until you reach the security guard booth. Make sure you have the correct pick-up number (Pick up number starts with a 148 or 147). The security guards & office personnel were very friendly, courteous, & patient. No Overnight Parking.”

“? For truck drivers going to the distribution area use this address: 2702 Summit Ave, Rialto, CA 92377? Entrance for truck drivers is thru the back exit freeway off Alder, head North, then towards Robertson Ready Mix. On Lake Padden make a right, follow it all the way around Robertson until it turns into Summit. Before it ends Targets on right. The wait time sucks, it could be 4 to 8 hours. Eat before you get here or bring lunch . Waiting area by water towers. You might be able to get a gate pass to go get something to eat or run a quick errand.Easy check in and out at guard shack. You'll get a yard slot assigned. Drop trailer. Go thru the shipping and receiving door inside. There's a vacuum system. You write your name, appointment# and phone number on paper and insert in tube and send it up. There's instructions on how to do it.They'll call you when it's ready. You'll go back in, pick up phone, tell them your trailer number and they'll send the paperwork back down.”

“Very Friendly and Fast unloading. I am a truck driver and my English is not very good.. but as truck driver for the last 5 years, I had some bad experiences with Amazon too. Costco wait time 3 hours, Walmart minimum 4 hours. Rialto Amazon was very friendly, their system was very efficient and they made me change my views on Amazon. Because delivery finished early I was able to go home and spend some quality time with my family. I really appreciated it and wish other companies could learn from them. As a truck driver getting unloaded on time is all we want. Thanks again!”
