“I like getting a certain items there at Walmart but I can't stand seeing the shoplifters and thieves stealing things if it's the right to do it. But we have to ask for service for them to open up a door or panel so we can look at a deodorant are simple detergent everything's locked up and we feel like we're the criminals. We got to give the workers and security guards back the power to grab these fools who are stealing put them in a chokehold folder arms behind them and handcuff them and wait for the cops to come if the cops ever come”

The value is great. They have a very tall security guard there as well. The security makes you feel safe while your shopping. He greets everyone as they walk in and as the leave.”

“This is one of the very best Big Lot stores, for the employees are trained to be so helpful and nice to the customers .at this Rialto store there is a employee named Margaret who is Always SO sweet to everyone, and she makes the customers feel at ease and comfortable and doesn't ever act like we are bothering her( which is so important when you shop) so Thank You to Big Lots for hiring such great people like Margaret to make the customers who shop there feel important and like They Matter.
