“I love how they treat their members. I have been with them for years and not once I remember myself having issues. Crystal is awesome not once she ever did anything disappointing when it comes to helping me.”

“This is my main Citibank branch that I opened my account in, have my safe deposit box in and conduct all my business in. I have had a wonderful experience with every employee that I have dealt with in this branch. I am also very satisfied with the Customer Service that I have been receiving throughout the years that I have been banking here.

My only complaint/gripe/issue with this branch is the lack of bank tellers to assist the clients. This has been going on for quite sometime and there should be no excuse(s) as to why you do not have more bank tellers to help the clients out in a timely manner.

To be honest, the wait time to see a bank teller is longer than it has to be. This is unacceptable and unfair to us, your clients.

Please address this ongoing matter by adding more full-time tellers at this branch because of the amount of foot traffic that this branch receives on a daily basis.

Thus, the reason for the 4 star rating.

“This bank is great. Almost always empty. No lines! Yea!!Super friendly staff. Especially Sharron. She is always a pleasure to talk to. But, everyone is very nice. I love coming here. Fast in and out.”

“One of the BoA that opens at 9am. I came early and waited for the bank to open. It is 9am already and we (other clients waiting) still waited for the bank to open its doors. One client is upset and wasn't shameful in saying - you're waiting for next year to open? The manager replied - we have to set up the computers first. There were 2 Tellers present. My transaction was done in no time. The Teller is nice and asked if I need anything else. This BoA is small and claustrophobic. I agree with my fellow Yelpers. It is bright enough inside though but it needs windows. Ramp accessibility to PWD which is a nice feature. Plenty of parking lot in the back.”

“This US Bank is located inside of Albertsons, However the ATM machine is not near the bank, it's on the other side by the coin machines, just an FYI for all those who were lost the first time like me. I recently came here to open a CD account and was helped by Marcus. I usually cash my checks with Evelyn. They are both very kind and friendly.Sometimes this location moves a little bit slower than other locations and they are a bit more laid back but that doesn't bother me. They close their window around 6pm but can you use the ATM at anytime.I knocked off 1 star because sometimes the ATM machine sucks. It only works about half the time I try and use it. Sometimes it's offline and not working. One time recently I was trying to deposit a bill and the machine couldn't read it. It kept spitting the money back at me like as if the bill wasn't real. I took it over to the counter and deposited it that way.”

“Great customer service from Ana, Rosa, Grace and the staff of Citibank, Northridge, Fashion Ctr, 9051 Tampa Ave, Northridge, CA 91324. This was my first time to give a good review for this branch, which I should have done when I opened accounts with Grace in 2020 and then opened a CD with Rosa last year. This morning I went to the bank after 10:30 am which was one hour early (had an appointment with Rosa at 11:30am) who was with a customer. Ana, a banker/teller asked me if I need help. I told her that I have an appointment with Rosa at 11:30am however I have to go to the auto mechanic and I can't make it at 11:30am since it may take more than 1 hour for the car maintenance. Ana helped me renew the CD in few minutes which gave me enough time to go to the mechanic and I didn't have to come back to meet my appointment with Rosa. Again, thanks so much to Ana, Rosa, Grace and the staff of Citibank, Tampa Avenue.”

“This Walgreens is massive and great customer service!Cristabel & the manager on shift right now (Sat @ 11am) are simply AMAZING. They were both super patient in helping my parents with every little question and accommodating so kindly even though there was a language barrier. Major kuddos to kind hearted and patient people here!”

“Just let people know at this branch they are not open on Saturday's. Just confirmed it with a bank teller in person. Saturday's & Sundays' are closed....otherwise I'd give it a 5 star. I never had a problem with this branch. With transaction I had took me 10 mins.”
