“I absolutely adore this doctor and everyone who I have come in contact with in both the office and the surgical team.Dr. Leo did a procedureon my husband early this morning, 3 hours later we were home.We are very lucky my husband was brought to Northridge Hospital by the paramedics because Dr. Leo found issues that Cedars did not.I had questions, he answered them and called me back himself this afternoon to answer another question.Top notch physician and staff.We are seniors so we have had many a doctor,this man cares.”

“I am only 37 but I see lines in my forehead and by my mouth. Not only Dr Sherman put me at easy with talking to me because I was so nervous because I’ve had Botox in the past but not as much as I had this time around I am loving my results everyday I see these little lines go away more and more the instructions did say it takes about 12 days to see the full effect and as the days are passing by I am loving this more and more for sure will be back to see Dr Sherman in 2 or 3 months because I will up keep my young looking face always now ”

“Dr. Armin Arasheben is an absolute gem in the world of primary care physicians! My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting him for the first time today, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience.The clinic's location is perfect, and there's ample free parking available. That may seem like a minor detail, but trust me, when you've dealt with the parking nightmares at other medical facilities, you'll appreciate this as much as we did.One thing that really stood out to us was the punctuality. We were taken in right on time, and we only had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. That's practically unheard of in today's world of healthcare! So it’s nice to see Dr. Arasheben's respect for his patients' time.As far as the appointment itself, Dr. Arasheben listened attentively to our concerns, took the time to address each issue thoroughly, provided us with great medical advice/feedback and referred us to the appropriate specialist when necessaryYou’re not walking into the most modern or flashy looking building, but you are walking out with quality care and I find that way more valuable.Based off our initial visit, my husband and I felt reassured, cared for, and confident that we're in good hands. “I came in skeptical of the practice due to reviews but I my need of relief overcame the skeptisim.The receptionist was very nice and warm. She made the check in easy even if they didn't take my insurance. It was worth the 135 dollars. The nurse who took my vitals was amazing. She asked what was my reason for visiting and what concerns I had. I didn't have to wait too long. I went in roughly 6:40pm and came out 8:10 pm. If I had went to the E.R I would've spend hours just waiting. As for the attending doctor,I think her name might have been Christine. She was amazing. She helped me where 3 other doctors failed to hear me out. Same day relief and listened to my concerns in regards to our plan of attack for my stubborn ear infection that I had ongoing for four months. I know now where to go if I have any problems where the E.R or my primary cant/ won't resolve. Will be reccomending to anyone that needs urgent care.”
“Dr Yong is the best doctor I have ever had and I'm 67 years old. What makes her the best doctor is that she takes the time to listen to all my health care concerns. Dr Yong also takes the time to answer and explain all your medical issues. When you leave her office you have a greater understanding about any health care problems you may have.”

“The best visit I have had with a Physician for over 20 years. Dr Feher went over every lab value and explained what it meant, his physical exam was thorough with an explanation of what he was checking. He looked in my nose and ears, identifying build up of junk in one my ears. He got his tool out and removed substances from my ear that immediately improved my hearing. I like to stay up with my health and greatly concerned with my prostate, since two of my brothers have had advanced prostate cancer, also I have an issue with hemorrhoids and back pain (which I was seeing Dr Feher for), so I was surprised with the complete physical. You really don't know what a physician should do until you visit Dr. Feher, I rarely post anything on yelp, but this was an experience. Thank God for old school medicine!”
“Stopped in today for a primary care visit. Mary at the front desk was incredibly helpful with a problem that came up with our insurance. She went above and beyond, sitting on hold with and calling the nearly 5 different insurance lines we were re-directed about. I cannot say enough good things about her competence, perseverance, composure, generosity, and compassion. Doctor Barseghian came out to help and provide options as well as advice. Her attitude was so kind, gracious, and caring--you can tell that she is passionate about providing care to all. Her demeanor made the extremely difficult situation feel not so dire. We will be back soon and look forward to being cared for by such a kind and compassionate staff.”
“We have attended this clinic several times over the last 2 years for different family members and recently for myself. I am always super pleased with the professionalism and the quality of care received. Both the offices and the exam rooms are immaculate. The doctors are friendly and patient. They take their time to explain the situation, and you never feel rushed through the process. Even when I have followed up the next day with questions, the staff takes time to review my information and provide a thorough response. I prefer coming here than going to doctor visits.”

We encountered a speed bump during the basic procedure and she was communicative about possible outcomes and next steps. “I have been going to see my doctor, Nurse Practitioner Norinda Kremicki for over 20 years. I have been very happy with the service I have received over the years. She is competent and very pleasant in her bedside manner. She cares about you and has always been very involved in my care. She has referred me to some excellent doctors. She has become our family doctor.I have also seen several of the other doctors in the office and they have been very helpful in diagnosing medical issues and then referring out to specialists.Wait times in the waiting room can range from 5 to 20 minutes, but it's a doctors office. What else would you expect? Waiting room is never never filled to the brim like my orthopaedic doctor's office. Nursing staff is always pleasant and caring.My only gripe is that within the last year when you call the office, the call gets directed to a call center far away.I recommend this office of Health Care Partners.”
