“I have yet to have a car repaired here but I have 3 experiences:
1) Came with a car no mechanics could diagnose the issue of. Their writer spotted the issue right away. I followed his advice and problem solved for a few hundred not many thousands as others suspected.
2) and 3) was turned away because they didn’t feel confident the quality of work would be certain given the unique nature of the damage and the cars materials in each case. I respect a business that would rather turn away customers than mess up their cars. Too rare in this market and this world!”

“Had a great experience with this shop! My luxury vehicle was vandalized, and they put everything back to original condition in a timely manner with OEM parts that were hard to get.
They are available 24 hours and were able to take my vehicle in even though it was in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend.
Super friendly, honest service. They even gave me a free loaner car, and I did not have to pay anything out of pocket.

“I was devasted when I hit a tree after some idiot veered into our lane :(. So I called my ex and he referred me to 818 Autobody and it was Edwin that was handling my baby. He was so understanding and assured me that my car would be safe and if it can be repaired ... oh please I hope so!! That it was in Good hands. I called my ins company and so far ....I know I have ths best team working on my baby. I will keep you posted on the outcome but so far I give them 5 stars because when tragic things happen and someone you don't know offers help and support.....I know they are getting paid but it still feels good to be dealing with reliable people!!”

“I've never been motivated to give a review to a mechanic before, but the work done by Reseda Mufflers was exceptional. When I had my catalytic converter stolen I contacted numerous muffler shops for help. The people at those shops were hard to communicate with, they gave me bad prices, attitude and lies. When I finally talked to Saco at Reseda Muffler he was nice, communicative, clear and consistent. He gave me the best price and followed through on everything he said he was going to do. The work was done quickly and successfully.”

“I have gone to Leon's Auto Body for multiple years. They are a small family run business, Always very kind and helpful to everyone. I went in representing a very large insurance company. Nothing was ever an issue or any argument. Everything was repaired as estimated. Many additional unrelated repairs were also done at no extra charge to the vehicle owner. Luis and Mario are the kindest people that you would ever hope to meet. I don't need to say this and they have no idea who I am at this point. I just felt that I should post this anyway because it is the right thing to do.”
