“After getting three other estimates to repair a fender damaged in a car wash and a very small dented rear bumper, I went to Canoga Park Complete Auto Care. All of the first three estimates were for replacing and painting the damaged parts. John, a personable and caring businessman, quoted for repair and painting the damaged parts and included minor scratches under the front bumper. The finished work was completed one day early and John delivered the car to my house. This is a family owned business with years of experience and have the knowledge to do repairs for lower cost than most other shops that claim the damage requires replacement parts.”

“This repair shop was recommended to me by a family member and a friend. I was hit shortly before I had to be across the country for a week.I was frustrated with the insurance companies and even considered hiring an attorney to handle the calls with them. “Marcos is so kind! I had gotten hit on Wednesday and while there wasn't a lot of visible damage, I wasn't sure if there could be internal damage. I moved down to SoCal and my dad used to own an auto body and he's always handled these situations for me so I wasn't sure what to do, so I called and left a voicemail asking if there was a way for them to assess the damage. Marcos called me back the next morning to explain that I could bring it in for an assessment but if I wanted to check for any internal damage, then it would require labor costs since they'd have to take my car apart which may not be worth it if the hit was just from someone parallel parking. He said I could still bring it in and they'd take a look for any exterior damage though! I had to call my insurance to see what I should do before making an appointment to bring my car in, but I was so appreciative of Marcos taking the time to explain the details to me.”

We have going to this business for close to 30 years--we have a long history of no-fault and poor driving accidents; Tony's has always been our go-to shop. As long as I can recall, we've enjoyed the sweet candies in the bowl on the counter AND the bag of toffee nuts from Somis Nut House (I think they're toffee nuts) we get on the day we pick up the car. “I've bought both tires and rims from the guys when I lived in LA. I buy replacement tires from the guys too every few years, Now in Northern California, I recently I lost a wheel cap on a rim I bought from AFS. I ordered a replacement off their website. Simple enough...Two days later, the part showed up...It wasn't the right part. Called the next day. Hit the jackpot. Got Julio on the phone-which I thought was great because this was the same guy I ordered the rims and wheels from a few years back-I met Julio one time when I went to pick up a set of replacement tires from there when I worked in North Hollywood. (It was about a 50 minute trip there and back, for the curious...) Anyway, Julio explained my rim sounded like an older rim when I explained how the part was fitting, and he was concerned they may not be able to find a part to fit it exactly like the others...He said while he would do his best, he could make no promises. He said it would help him if I could mail him a wheel cap to make sure it was a match, Julio said he would do his best to find something. I started to think this was going to be a real nightmare. But ultimately I was able to remove another wheel cap without too much trouble and mailed it to him. A week later a package showed up from AFS. Another part (they'd found the older part). Along with two extra caps! :-) Spoke with Julio the next day to thank him. Awesome service. No hassle. I was needlessly worried. These guys rock. I look forward to buying from them again when I need new tires.”

“This location was my vehicle's repair location for an accident I got into this past year and the work was done beautifully. Everything was returned clean and sparkling looking as if nothing had ever happened to the car. The customer service experience was also great, as Brenda kept me fully informed every step of the way while my car was in the shop, making sure I knew what was happening and updating time estimates as well as making sure to text intermittently to keep in touch asking if I had any questions. From my experience, I'd say the shop was very sensitive to the fact that turning your car over to someone is a nervous thing for most people and they worked to make sure that the repair was done well. Would recommend.”
