“Ace is a very honest and straightforward mechanic! I came for the first time to get my brake pads and rotors replaced and he took a look at the rotors and was able to resurface them rather than requiring them to be replaced. This saved some money on unnecessarily getting new rotors this time. Before he does any work he will check with you and give you a very accurate estimate. After diagnosing any problem he is very transparent about what he found and will make sure to communicate what should be done vs. what may be optional. Recently when my AC stopped working, he was able to take a look at the system and completed a recharge in about an hour. They do get busy, but if you come right when he opens you should be good. They will not overcharge you, but just a note that cash or check is preferred as he will charge a small percent upcharge for using credit.”

All of the first three estimates were for replacing and painting the damaged parts. John, a personable and caring businessman, quoted for repair and painting the damaged parts and included minor scratches under the front bumper. The finished work was completed one day early and John delivered the car to my house. This is a family owned business with years of experience and have the knowledge to do repairs for lower cost than most other shops that claim the damage requires replacement parts.”

He answered all of my questions and provided a more than fair estimate for the repair work as compared to Canoga Auto Body's exorbitant bid. Sam's shop was able to do the work in a shorter amount of time than anticipated. Everyone I dealt with was very service-oriented. I have no qualms about returning to ANN Collision Center if ever the need arises. I highly recommend this business.”

We have going to this business for close to 30 years--we have a long history of no-fault and poor driving accidents; Tony's has always been our go-to shop. As long as I can recall, we've enjoyed the sweet candies in the bowl on the counter AND the bag of toffee nuts from Somis Nut House (I think they're toffee nuts) we get on the day we pick up the car. These are a yummy treat that do not last the drive home. Thanks Tony's!!”

I moved down to SoCal and my dad used to own an auto body and he's always handled these situations for me so I wasn't sure what to do, so I called and left a voicemail asking if there was a way for them to assess the damage. Marcos called me back the next morning to explain that I could bring it in for an assessment but if I wanted to check for any internal damage, then it would require labor costs since they'd have to take my car apart which may not be worth it if the hit was just from someone parallel parking. He said I could still bring it in and they'd take a look for any exterior damage though! I had to call my insurance to see what I should do before making an appointment to bring my car in, but I was so appreciative of Marcos taking the time to explain the details to me.”

“This location was my vehicle's repair location for an accident I got into this past year and the work was done beautifully. Everything was returned clean and sparkling looking as if nothing had ever happened to the car. The customer service experience was also great, as Brenda kept me fully informed every step of the way while my car was in the shop, making sure I knew what was happening and updating time estimates as well as making sure to text intermittently to keep in touch asking if I had any questions. From my experience, I'd say the shop was very sensitive to the fact that turning your car over to someone is a nervous thing for most people and they worked to make sure that the repair was done well.
