“Not yet a tenant BUT......omg, is this management doing something right. My mom has been helping me look for an apartment (it's insanely difficult in LA right now) and she spoke to a woman named Yoselin who was very helpful. I later called to schedule an appointment and got the same woman on the phone and realized why my mom instantly said "Go see this place!". Yoseline was so kind and I called her right before her lunch break and she still took time to help me and scheduled a last minute same day appointment. When I met her in person, I KNEW she was genuinely kind and cares about tenants and prospective tenants. This woman is a gem. She gave me a full tour in blistering heat, answered ALL of my questions (and I had lots), offered to walk all the way back to the office to grab keys for another unit that I was curious about seeing. I don't know if all of Concord Square leasing agents are like Yoseline but if so, then it puts this complex at the top of the list. The units I saw were studios, a bit on the smaller size but they have a nice layout and are very quiet. The pool and grounds are very well maintained and it seems like a nice community overall. But Yoseline stole the show and I had to take time out of my night, just to write this review because I was blown away by her character of excellence. Kudos to whoever hired her! And if she ever sees this....Thank you Yoseline!”

“Since Ana and Pas showed up... I've been here 10 years. My apartment has become a home. All the previous hell worthy things have been fixed. I'd now move in. If Ana didn't fix all this I'd tell you to run. This place was a nightmare before. Pas+Ana = move in.”
