“We have been residents for a year and a half. Finding a new place to live and then moving in the middle of the COVID pandemic was a challenge. Management here has always been very supportive and responsive to our needs. The current building manager, Diana Montejano, has been on the job for over a year now. She cares about the well-being of her residents and it shows. Taking over in the middle of the pandemic was not an easy task but she rose to the occasion. Balancing the needs of the residents in 100 apartments must not be an easy task, but she always has a smile ready to greet us when we chat.”

“Looked really clean and the lady in the office was nice as well, cant recall her name though. BUT this is an only low income apartment complex. So if you already know you dont qualify for low income, then you might want to cross this one off your list. I was bummed.”
