“I Absolutely love living here at Bridgewood North. It's a nice community end very quiet. Management is Awesome if there is ever an issue they address it at once. Management also has community spirit they try and have something every other month for the tenants. Today they had a carnival they had food and games and prices and it was a great way to meet other people who also lives here. Great place to live.”

“I recently moved from golden gardens only to live closer to work. I was there for over a year & the experience was nothing but great. I have three children my kids loved to play outside also with the other children. Anytime, if I ever had an issue maintenance was quick to repair. The property manager Tasha is really nice both lady’s in the office are. They keep up with the complex very well, and it’s really quiet even with the children outside the noise is very minimal. I also applied with a section 8 voucher and they did not pass judgement, they didn’t make me feel any kind of way applying for a unit with a section 8 voucher. Lastly, I had no issue with getting my deposit refund.”

“Great aparments. The ladies at the office are nice and helpful although there is only one maintenance man which isnt good and I really think they need to have at least two to better accommodate the tenants needs. Other than that I like the apartments its clean and a good size I have 1bd 1bth and I have a lot of things because I run a business from home selling online and I have room for everything lots of closet space. The laundy room is small though but there is a laundromat down the street and a lot of stores nearby and a nice park across the street too. Rent is good here for one bedroom and also two bedroom. Monthly lease only.Update: still live here, I had issues with roaches but called to make an appointment with pest control and no more roaches :) still a good place to live and rent is cheaper than most places I honestly don’t have any complaints I enjoy my stay here but I got married a year ago so we might have to look for a bigger place which I’m hesitant because I really like this place and I have no issues with management or the apartment itself.”

“We had some issues in the beginning but after communicating with the office they have resolved our concerns and my girlfriend is looking forward to continuing her stay here. The kids love the pool and the neighbors seem to keep to themselves. For being so close to the freeway and how busy Ashland is theres no noticeable noise at least on this side of the complex.”

“My son and I just moved to The Remington a few months ago, and we are very pleased so far. The management staff is very kind and we haven't had any issues with our apartment. It's in a safe area and close to my sons school.”

“I lived in this apartment for 6 years and apartments are really clean, calm, and quiet. The location is very good and is very close to the market. The assistant manager (Angie) is very cooperative it is just that she is strict with her rules and regulations. If you abide by the rules , she is really nice and kind. Maintenance and other services are also very quick and efficient. I would recommend living here.”

She definately knows how to represent the property and herself in her position. She's an excellent manager, strong, focused and patient.
