I love Ross finds; I have no idea why their wood side plaza section placed the benches where you can sit and try on shoes but there’s no mirror to check!! You need to walk around to check the shoes you are trying on! And those pairs are locked so you can’t even walk wearing them; that’s a dump idea whoever did that... read full comment

Good, clean Ross(not like other stores with messy aisles). There is plenty of merchandise(great gems you'd expect a Ross to have) and a great staff who's always ready to step up and get the checkout line moving when busy. Good location, sufficient parking available, and never too busy like many other Ross's in the Bay Area.
