“This place is a gold mine for outdoor gear! I came here for Redback boots and found so much more than I was anticipating. Yes, they had the boots I wanted, but they also have really helpful and knowledgeable staff AND all the gear you could want, as well as some harder to find gear! It's clear this place is for nature lovers, and the heart shows. My spouse loved their selection of specific outdoor tools in particular! I felt very well served when i was looking at some boots, and I learned a LOT about what to look for for hiking v running v walking v standing in a shoe, which I never knew about! I will absolutely be back for my future hiking shoes because they have a might selection of quality products that are not available at other outdoor stores that I have seen (Danner, Redback, etc). I didn't expect so much time and attention from the staff, but they were incredible. I will be back and will be recommending it to people!”

She took the time to make sure that I was confident with my purchase. Terry on the other hand was sharpening blades from skaters. Lillian and Terry's interaction with their customers were welcoming and overall genuine. I felt confident in my purchase. I will come back here to sharpen my blade when it's dull. The skates are so much better than rentals. I swear, the fit was amazing. Unfortunately I couldn't skate on the ice due to classes and practice, but I can't wait to try it on the ice.”
