Rooms are average at best. Remote barely works. Only has basic cable. Just pastries for breakfast.

I never would've guessed how cute and clean this place was from the road, but was truly impressed! Wonderful front desk service, the location is fantastic to downtown Redwood City restaurants as well as transportation, located two blocks away from train station, the room was very clean and had every basic amenity you could need! Would certainly recommend and will be back!

The hospitality here in incredible better than any Hiltons or Marriott. Front office Manager is Upen from Nepal, he treats every guest as his own. I hope the establishment is able to acknowledge him for his hardwork and service. I had a great stay because of him. Thank you redwood creek inn for having us we will come back again.

Got a call at 11pm from the front desk to let me know they accidentally charged my card twice. I told them I didn’t care I was sleeping and if this wasn’t an emergency I would deal with it in the morning , I wanted to go back to bed. The man on the phone argued with me because he needed to fix the matter asap.
Then I couldn’t get back to bed til 1am. Went to take a shower before my mri appointment and my shower is filled with hair.
So now I am tired and pissed .

Clean, comfy, cozy, quiet,. Convenient location, restaurants, grocery store nearby. Mini fridge, microwave coffeemaker. Staff was accommodating. I definitely recommend this

Walkability: The location is probably the best thing this place has going for it. Everything else is rather basic.

Very good value for money. Very friendly welcome. Convenient access to SFO by train rather than car.
The manager is Nepalese and shares with you his experiences and good travel tips in the USA.
I highly recommend.

Probably the best motel i have ever stayed in, in terms of value, overall cleanliness, combined with the location. Quiet surroundings despite being close to a main street. The owner was very courteous and polite. Mine was a short stay, but definitely a relaxing one.
Rooms: Very functional, clean and tidy
Safety: Feels very safe
Walkability: Many options for food and groceries
