“Another great experience at Verizon store in Redwood City. Needed help swapping out my mom's phone with a replacement phone. Replacement phone came quickly but we needed help with the sim card. I had an iPhone that I wanted to transfer over to my uncle, I was helped by Esteban who got it done in less than five minutes.
