“3/10/23 I decided that the warranty replacement Galaxy S10 wasn't worth the trouble. Plus it had a horrible battery, the first day! I spent the better part of 24 hours going through settings trying to get everything the way I had my original S10, only for the warranty replacement to still have many of the issues of the original. So I realized I should have just bought the latest Galaxy when I was at the store 2 days before. And that's what I did. On 3/10/23, Xochitl greeted me and set me up with a brand new S23 and case and got much of the phone transfer done. When her shift ended, Jonathan continued the data transfer, and my much needed free therapy session. And John added the screen protector while patiently participating the process. I will be the first person to admit, I am what's known as an IT Nightmare. I wasn't sure if everything was fully backed up to the cloud, so we did the transfer from one phone to the other in store. “Before discovering Etheric Networks, we struggled to find an internet service provider who could install reliable, fast internet at our shop location. We tried several other ISPs and almost all of them said they couldn't install internet here at all, and the ones who were able to were still unable to provide the kind of consistent service and speeds we needed, which resulted in headaches for my workers and customers both. We are just a small shop but we are on a busy shopping thoroughfare so it seemed wild that we couldn't establish the internet service we needed, which is such a big part of doing business these days. Finally, we discovered Etheric, and not only is our internet working beautifully and consistently, but they have also been a pleasure every step of the way in getting it installed. Epilogue - Returned the phones and canceled the plan.However, this is the in-between. Turned up at this T-Mobile store with the above problem - I cannot fully state the exemplary service provided by some of the staff at this store.Jose is an absolute legend! A remarkable person who was extremely considerate, demonstrated exceptional comprehension of the problem and potential solutions. Above all has infinite patience! True rock star! Tori helped me look over a few plans with upgrades and trade in values for our phones.I returned on Aug 7 and Tori helped me organize our family getting new phones and a better plan.One thing that should have been better organized is the trade in. It is not simple, and now there is no record on my bill that we can mail in the old phones.I have spent several hours on the phone and I am sent to chat bots that can not resolve this.
