“I love Ross finds; I have no idea why their wood side plaza section placed the benches where you can sit and try on shoes but there’s no mirror to check!! You need to walk around to check the shoes you are trying on! And those pairs are locked so you can’t even walk wearing them; that’s a dump idea whoever did that ?”
“Not your usual shoe store! All the staff know feet and shoes and running very well. Consultative shoe store. Don’t stress that you have to wait — when its your turn you will have as much time as you need to buy your best shoes. I am on my sixth pair from here in four years.”

I purchased some denim Shorts that are so comfortable and so easy to wear. Not too short. Super summer addition to the closet ! Bought a summer sleeveless knit top and Love the texture and softness. Their selection of casual nice clothing for women and men is terrific. There’s always a warm greeting when you enter the store and they are so helpful in answering question about any item. Plus at Christmas they have great PJs!”
“I had a wonderful experience with the Ladies at B Chic Fashion. Yesterday I brought in my daughter, on the Autism spectrum prom dress shopping. It is very hard to shop with a child that is autistic, especially because they feel overwhelmed easily. The quiet and open layout of the store was easy to shop and the staff were very patient and understanding. As an owner of a business of my own in the San Mateo area, I am so happy to know that I have a place that I can refer my Clients to. Thank you again for an incredible Shopping experience. “My two kids (9 year old daughter, 7 year old son) both had an amazing time at their week at Camp Couture! The first day, they came home and instantly said it was the best camp they'd been to and have to come back (and they have been to many camps!). Before, my son had only limited experience hand sewing, but learned to sew several stitches by hand and even proficiently use a sewing machine. My daughter can now independently sew complex projects on a sewing machine. They made so many, very cool projects during the week. I was blown away each day. They each made a stylish, lined hoodie and a stuffie all in just one day. Other projects included a quilt (made from my son's favorite outgrown T-shirts), a cool backpack and bag that I could totally see in a high-end store, and animal-shaped pin cushions. Each week, they have different projects to mix it up. I was impressed with how great of a teacher Alexandria was. She was patient, encouraging, and knew how to challenge and meet each student where they were. They learned so much in just one week. You can tell she puts a lot of care into the projects she designs for each kid and the individualized prep she needs to do each night for each one's level, interest, and choice of project. We're so lucky we found this camp and will definitely be returning!”

“You could easily miss this little shop even if you walk by every day. But you know who sees everything, kids. It was my kids that noticed the butterfly specimens and animal skulls in the window. I wasn’t sure if it was open to the public, but the kids kept begging to go in.
Inside you will find rocks and crystals of every color. It my kids dream!

“I stopped in here a few weeks ago to make an exchange for an item they had put on hold for me. I was greeted right away by the store associate, and even though my return was a few days old and the tag had fallen off she gladly took care of me in a fast and professional manner. Jillian also helped me pick up an online order and informed me about a few in-store deals, which helped me pick out a few more items I had my eye on. Although it’s not the closest hot topic to where I live, I’d gladly go back any day since everything I needed to do was taken care of and I was in and out in about 10 minutes.
