“We recently decided we need a larger vehicle to caravan our 6 teenagers and their friends to/from school and extracurricular activities. We were in search of a 12 passenger ford transit. My dad has always guided me and made sure I had the right people regarding car stuff and now that he has passed, it has been hard trying to find someone other than the dealership to take my car. After praying for guidance, along comes Ryann from Motorenn who I found on Yelp. I called and explained the need for brakes. I was given information and options. Most important, is the immediate connection and sense of trust I felt while speaking with him. I explained how my dad is no longer able to guide me to reputable and trustworthy mechanics and Ryann immediately assured me I found the right place. That was really comforting. This shows trust in the buyer and if you brought a mechanic along, they have plenty of time to run the OBD II and examine it right there (plus you still have that 200-mile free return).”
